We, We Fly 360 Sarl (CHE-369.938.509) Rue du Lac 84, 1815 Montreux, Switzerland aim to ensure your best travel experience, peace of mind and take the privacy of your personal information you provide us with high priority to ensure its security and confidentiality. These privacy terms apply to our websites, mobile applications, email and text messages, and social media accounts. By using our services, you are accepting the practices described herein.

Further, you are allowing and are authorizing us to access and store that other person's information, including personally identifiable information.

While you may sign up for or link to We Fly 360 using your social media account or use certain social media features, you permit us to access and use specific identifying information about you via that social media provider in accordance with the provider's policies. The information may include your name, email address, profile picture, gender, list of friends, and other information. Depending on the privacy settings of you and your friends, we may access information that you provide to a social media provider regarding your respective locations ("Location Data") to provide you with relevant content. Your Location Data may be shared with your friends on a social media provider in accordance with your privacy settings for that social media provider.

When you purchase products or services, you must provide payment and other necessary information which may include: traveller’s name and address, billing information (such as credit card number, expiration date, security code and other account information), email address, telephone number, information on travel preferences (such as information on desired flight meals, necessary assistance during boarding, seat selection, other ticketing options), age, information about your membership or frequent flyer programs, dates of entry into and stay in countries (usually flight origin, flight destination, flight time, duration of flight, seat number), as required by the travel service provider(s), we collect, store and pass this information to the travel partner to complete the relevant transaction.

When you use our service we may automatically record certain information about your visit from your web browser or our mobile app such as your IP address, referring website, web browser software, the pages of the service you viewed and bookings made, or details regarding the searches you run on the service, such as what you are searching for, the date and time when you initiated a search, and the location from which you initiated the search. We collect and may use this information to help customize your user experience and inhibiting fraud as well as to understand and analyze the aggregate or "big picture" usage trends and preferences of our users.

As an unregistered user of our services you must also provide an email address, so that we can send you our welcome email and a confirmation of your purchase made. With the confirmation, we will provide you with a temporary password so that you can return to us if you wish to review information about your purchase.

For the purpose of service quality assurance, enhanced service provision and staff training, calls and written notifications to and from our customer service/help desk may be recorded or monitored. Call recordings will be maintained as long as reasonably necessary and will then be deleted.
